內(nèi)容簡介：本翻譯項(xiàng)目的源文本來源于《拖船長期服務(wù)合同》，該合同由中外合資企業(yè)FJ液化天然氣有限公司和VTN拖船有限公司共同簽署。它由46項(xiàng)條款和10個(gè)附件組成。該翻譯項(xiàng)目是由兩位譯者共同完成。譯者選取其中第35至第46項(xiàng)條款及附件“A”至附件“J”作為翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的源文本。內(nèi)容包括不可抗力、棄權(quán)、全部協(xié)議、間接損失、法律適用、爭議的解決、通知及指定的代表、船舶的所有權(quán)、第三方服務(wù)、陳述及保證、作業(yè)區(qū)、服務(wù)范圍、服務(wù)費(fèi)及付款、額外的臨時(shí)拖輪服務(wù)、績效獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和違約金、健康、安全、安保和環(huán)境（HSSE）要求。

ST:承包商內(nèi)部至少是班長或工長及以上級(jí)別等具有現(xiàn)場管理職責(zé)的人員才具備申請(qǐng)的資質(zhì)，這些人員在經(jīng)過我公司作業(yè)許可證申請(qǐng)人培訓(xùn)并經(jīng)考核合格后既具備我公司作業(yè)許可證申請(qǐng)人資格，可以獨(dú)立申請(qǐng)作業(yè)許可證。

ST:本合同中所用到的“不可抗力”是指自本合同生效日起不能合理預(yù)見的、受影響的一方不能合理控制的但與受影響一方相關(guān)的，應(yīng)有的注意及合理的開支也不可避免或阻止其發(fā)生的，且造成公司及/或承包商執(zhí)行和履行其全部或部分義務(wù)變得不可能或不合法的事件及狀況。
TT1:The term “Force Majeure” herein refers to events and circumstances which, from the Effective Date of this Contract, could not have been reasonably foreseen, are beyond the reasonable control of the affected Party yet still related to it, cannot be avoided or prevented by due diligence and reasonable expenditure, and render it impossible or unlawful for the Company and/or the Contractor to perform and fulfill all or part of their obligations.

ST:下述情形：(i)某一不可抗力事件導(dǎo)致的對(duì)LNG接收站以及/或者服務(wù)船造成的損失或破壞；或者(ii)某一法律變更，導(dǎo)致服務(wù)船需要修理以及/或者改造，則承包商應(yīng)該盡可能快地為服務(wù)船進(jìn)行這樣的修理以及/或者改造，并且確保依照第23條對(duì)服務(wù)船作這樣的改造以符合法律變更后的要求。
TT1:In the event of (i) loss or damage to the LNG Terminal and/or Support Vessels caused by a Force Majeure event; or (ii) the repair and/or modification of Support Vessels required due to a change in law, the Contractor shall carry out such repair and/or modification to Support Vessels as soon as possible and ensure that such modification is made to the Vessels to meet the requirements after the change in law in accordance with Clause 23.
TT2:In the event of (i) loss or damage to the LNG Terminal and/or Support Vessels caused by a Force Majeure event; or (ii) a change in law requiring repairs and/or modifications to the Support Vessels, the Contractor shall carry out such repairs and/or modifications to Support Vessels promptly and shall ensure that all modifications comply with the requirements resulting from the change in law, in accordance with Clause 23.

ST:
承包商應(yīng)指定一名承包商經(jīng)理作為與公司的主要聯(lián)系人。承包商經(jīng)理須具備下述經(jīng)歷及資質(zhì)要求、并應(yīng)承擔(dān)以下工作：
(a)具有2年以上的船舶管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
(b)每周7天、每天24小時(shí)內(nèi)均能隨時(shí)到場。
承包商經(jīng)理（或其代表）應(yīng)：
(c)對(duì)作業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)的服務(wù)船及海上作業(yè)計(jì)劃作出安排。
(d)代表承包商協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)中出現(xiàn)的緊急情況。
(e)確保合同按照公司的健康安全保安和環(huán)保要求得到妥當(dāng)及有效實(shí)施。
(f)負(fù)責(zé)制訂維護(hù)工作報(bào)告、并對(duì)合同涉及的所有維護(hù)工作及海事內(nèi)容提出改進(jìn)建議。

The Contractor shall designate a Contractor’s manager as the primary contact with the Company. The Contractor’s manager shall meet the experience and qualifications described below and perform the following work:
(a)At least 2 years of experience in vessel management.
(b)Availability 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The Contractor’s manager (or the Contractor’s representative) shall be responsible for:
(c)The arrangements for Support Vessels and offshore operations program in the operating area.
(d)The coordination of responses to emergencies during the Services on behalf of the Contractor.
(e)The proper and effective execution of the Contract in accordance with the Company’s requirements for HSSE.
(f)The formulation of maintenance work reports and recommending improvements to all maintenance work and marine matters covered by the Contract.
The convening and participation in coordination meetings between the Company and the Contractor.
TT2:

研討反思：
通過這次譯名堂，我深刻地意識(shí)到，自己在翻譯能力以及理論結(jié)合實(shí)際能力上的不足。
首先，在針對(duì)查找專業(yè)術(shù)語方面還存在明顯不足，對(duì)此，老師們指出了我的專業(yè)術(shù)語的譯法問題，還為我提供了許多查找專業(yè)術(shù)語的途徑。
其次，我過于強(qiáng)調(diào)忠實(shí)與原文，顯得比較死板，譯文缺乏靈活性，從而顯得冗余，不太符合目標(biāo)讀者的閱讀習(xí)慣。在經(jīng)過老師們的指導(dǎo)之后，我的譯文變得更加靈活，更加符合目的語的語言習(xí)慣，從而進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了譯文在目的語環(huán)境中的交際功能。
最后，我在講解自己的翻譯思路時(shí)，老師們指出，我的分析并沒有很好將理論結(jié)合起來，在我每講解完一個(gè)例子后，老師們都會(huì)幫我梳理邏輯，完善我的分析，使理論與實(shí)踐更加完美的結(jié)合起來。
