一、內容介紹
某咨詢公司欲向其海外客戶提供“AI時代中小企業智能化發展”咨詢服務，委托成都市思譯翻譯有限公司將其收集到的相關報告譯為英文。本人在思譯公司實習期間，參與了該項目的翻譯工作，承擔前三章項目材料的翻譯任務，共計1.5萬余字。
材料主要分析在當前復雜經濟局勢下，在政策和資本助推下，各領域中小企業智能化發展的整體現狀；從實現智能化的基礎能力、認知能力、資源能力、生態能力、應用能力構建中小企業智能化發展評測的“五力模型”；結合AI時代發展特征，選取并分析五個不同領域的中小企業智能化發展典型案例，為中小企業智能化轉型提供客觀建議。
二、譯文修改
例1：

三、研討反思
通過此次研討活動，在三位老師的指導點評之下，譯者對譯文的翻譯有了以下總結與反思：
1. 注重英漢兩種語言差異，中文動詞使用廣泛，對于多動詞的句子在譯為英文的過程中，需注意理清句子主干結構，合理處理動詞，運用英語思維，轉化為符合目的語讀者語言習慣的句子。
2. 漢譯英需注重顯化句子或句段間邏輯關系。由于中文重意合，英文重形合，中文以達意為主，結構比較松散，英文注重形式上的連貫，所以在翻譯過程中，需理清中文句意，注重英文的表達習慣，才能更好地處理對應英文句子層次，使得譯文達意且通順，避免翻譯腔。
3. 該文本是信息型文本，主要傳遞事實、知識或觀點等，語言邏輯性強，篇章結構緊湊，要注重語言表達簡潔性，使語言通俗易懂。
