內容簡介：
湖南電建集團澳大利亞分公司將與澳大利亞***發電有限公司簽訂位于澳大利亞珀斯的4×500MW燃煤電站項目的主體工程施工合同。該公司委托成都市思譯翻譯有限公司將其擬定的中文合同文本翻譯為英文。本人在成都市思譯翻譯有限公司實習期間，參與了該項目的部分翻譯工作，合同全文共計25章，本人負責的具體章節為第17-25章。該部分內容包括工程款的計量與支付、竣工驗收、缺陷責任與保修責任、保險、不可抗力、違約、索賠、爭議的解決、通知及附錄等條款內容，共計17000余字。

研討反思：
1、提高了翻譯技巧
在對譯文的討論中，我學習到了一定的翻譯方法，如增譯、省譯、合譯、替換、調整語序等，這對我后續的翻譯實踐有著一定的指導意義。
2、中英思維的差異
中文多竹節句，且邏輯關系不明顯，在進行漢譯英時，要讀透原文中的邏輯，善用連接詞進行英文句子的銜接。其次，中文多重復表達，在進行翻譯時，合理運用省譯、合譯、替代等翻譯方法，力求英文表達簡潔。
3、專業知識的缺乏
由于源文本為工程類合同文本，包含大量工程和合同術語，由于專業背景的缺乏，許多術語都不能準確翻譯。
4、表達的多樣性
原文有較多重復表達，譯文的替換表達較為匱乏，重復率比較高，應該多積累同義表達的替換。
