匯報題目：《津市毛里湖國家濕地公園生物多樣性示范項目環(huán)境影響報告表》（第一至第三章）漢英翻譯實踐報告

內(nèi)容簡介：
本翻譯項目的文本為津市毛里湖國家濕地公園生物多樣性示范項目環(huán)境影響報告表，來自于成都市思譯翻譯有限公司已承接的翻譯業(yè)務(wù)，授權(quán)在一個月內(nèi)完成，通過翻譯公司專業(yè)人員的指導(dǎo)，形成完整、準確、可讀性強的翻譯文本。
環(huán)評報告書即環(huán)境影響評價報告書，是新建、擴建、改建項目對環(huán)境造成的影響的預(yù)見性評定。根據(jù)對項目所在地、土壤的監(jiān)測，對項目所用原材料、可能產(chǎn)生的廢棄物、項目的環(huán)保設(shè)施的設(shè)計的評價，從而評估項目建成對環(huán)境的影響。從文本類型看，本報告書屬于信息型文本；從文本內(nèi)容來看，主題是濕地公園建設(shè)涉及的環(huán)保問題。
譯文修改：
例1：
ST：社區(qū)的生活污水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，進行統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃和提升，防止臭味逸散，改善社區(qū)環(huán)境，同時，實現(xiàn)生活污水處理的循環(huán)利用，用于森林植被和有機蔬菜的澆灌；社區(qū)內(nèi)增設(shè)景觀照明系統(tǒng)，優(yōu)先選用配備有太陽能光電系統(tǒng)的照明設(shè)施，以達到節(jié)能環(huán)保的目的。
TT1: The community's domestic sewage infrastructure is planned and upgraded in a unified manner to prevent odors from escaping and improve the community environment, while recycling of domestic sewage treatment is utilized in watering forest vegetation and organic vegetables; additional landscape lighting systems are installed in the community, with priority given to lighting facilities equipped with solar photoelectric systems to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.

研討反思：在處理上一些，沒有省略那些多余的形容詞部分，其次在第二句的中文理解上，不是在原有的基礎(chǔ)上進行加裝，這樣導(dǎo)致意思的曲解。所以直接翻譯為在社區(qū)中增加配備有太陽能光電系統(tǒng)的照明設(shè)施，以此達到節(jié)能環(huán)保的目的。
例2：
ST: 由于濕地是陸地與水體的過渡地帶，因此它同時兼具豐富的陸生和水生動植物資源，形成了其它任何單一生態(tài)系統(tǒng)都無法比擬的天然基因庫和獨特的生境，特殊的水文、土壤和氣候條件造就了毛里湖及周邊地區(qū)復(fù)雜且完備的動植物群落，具有豐富的動植物資源。
TT: Because the wetland is a transition zone between land and water, it is rich in both terrestrial and aquatic plant and animal resources, forming a natural gene pool and unique habitat unmatched by any other single ecosystem. The special hydrological, soil and climatic conditions have created a complex and complete flora and fauna in Maoli Lake and the surrounding area, with rich plant and animal resources.

研討反思：在這句話的處理上，沒有將文章中的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)梳理出來導(dǎo)致翻譯出來的時候，文中的由于沒有省去。
例3
ST：同時，為消除現(xiàn)有低矮橋梁橋體對行洪道行洪能力的阻塞和行洪期對橋體的沖擊風(fēng)險，并滿足基本通行需求，對現(xiàn)有橋梁進行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施升級改造，提升橋體高度和寬度。
TT：At the same time, in order to eliminate the blocking of the existing low bridge body to the flood discharge capacity of the flood passage and the impact risk of the flood discharge period on the bridge body, and meet the basic traffic needs. The existing bridge infrastructure upgrades to enhance the height and width of the bridge.

反思：這句話的翻譯上沒有考慮到中英文的差異，中文一般先舉例子，最后在得出結(jié)論，而英文先說主要內(nèi)容，其他的部分后面再說。
研討反思：
通過此次翻譯研討，對翻譯的過程有了更加清楚的認識，主要的收獲有以下三點：
第一、關(guān)于報告表的平行文本的研讀還不夠，在翻譯的過程中，關(guān)于環(huán)境評估報告表的風(fēng)格沒有對應(yīng)上。
第二、在句法結(jié)構(gòu)的處理上，還存在問題，尤其是定語和狀語的位置于中心句的位置關(guān)系上處理地不夠好，例如，狀語在句子中，修飾的是否為整體還是部分，然后在確定其位置關(guān)系。
第三、例子的翻譯上大多數(shù)都是直譯，對于文本研讀還不夠仔細，一些句子上隱含的邏輯關(guān)系沒有翻譯出。
