匯報題目:《商業銀行2021~2023年發展戰略規劃》(第四部分第一二章)漢英翻譯實踐報告

內容簡介:
本次報告的翻譯材料《商業銀行2021-2023年戰略規劃》為成都思譯翻譯有限公司已承接的任務。譯者于2022年3月到2022年5月期間在該公司實習,公司給予此文本作為翻譯練習材料,譯者已經取得翻譯和撰寫翻譯報告的授權。
該規劃的內容主要分為四個部分,包括①首個三年規劃的執行情況及主要經驗,②今后三年經營環境分析,③今后三年發展的指導思想和主要目標,④今后三年發展的主要措施,譯者所選擇的翻譯內容為第④部分的前兩小節內容,這一部分的主要內容為不同地區,不同業務板塊的戰略目標和主要措施。
在翻譯該文本的過程中對難點進行了提煉,具體如下:
1. 專業背景知識&術語理解:金融銀行專業背景知識欠缺,且文本中存在大量專業術語,目前掌握的術語庫不夠全面,容易導致對原文理解存在一定困難。
2. 無主語長句&中文長定語&長句切割&英文表達:金融文本中的長句處理問題,該翻譯材料中存在大量無主語句,存在大量的修飾語成分構成的長定語句,需要按照英文表達習慣對原文進行長句拆分,調整語序,使譯文更加符合英文習慣。

ST: 實施“先行先試”的領跑戰略,率先實現向綜合服務型現代金融機構的戰略轉型,通過轉型保持系統內利潤中心的地位,全面確立同業市場領先地位,并在服務能力、風險控制和盈利水平等方面率先達到國際先進水平。
TT1: A leading strategy of “First Try” will be implemented to take the lead in realizing the strategic transformation into integrated service-oriented modern financial institutions. TT2: The branches in Shaanxi, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia will take the great investment-driven development opportunity with locally existing main structure that energy sources and heavy chemical industry drive, infrastructure construction follows and equipment manufacturing industry rises. In spite of the large local economy and the rapid implementation of the Western Development Strategy, they have weak operation foundation and relatively high NPL ratio and migration ratio, so the branches will make a breakthrough in management enhancement and risk control and decide on key investment fields and projects for the next few years. By means of high-quality project loans, they will compete for the projects in the bottle-neck industry of coal, electricity, oil and transportation to expand market share. In this way, we can establish the leading position in large high-quality projects and high-quality client credit market to lay a solid foundation for the rapid advance in the next 3 years.
研討反思:
通過此次翻譯研討,對翻譯的過程有了更加清楚的認識,主要的收獲有以下三點:
第一、對于詞匯的理解不能停留在表面意思,通過翻譯研討過程中與同學和老師的案例討論,發現自己對于中英文詞匯的理解都不夠深入,特別是英文詞匯,很多時候受到詞匯中文釋義的影響,而沒有理解其內在的含義,因此導致翻譯時容易出現,詞匯搭配不當、詞語使用不合適的情況,所以之后在修改譯文時,需要多多查閱詞匯內涵意義與詞語搭配的適用與否;
第二、平行文本閱讀的重要性,通過翻譯研討過程中與同學和老師的案例討論,發現自己對文本的理解不夠深入,原因就在于平行文本閱讀的量還不夠,缺乏總結,所以下一階段在不斷打磨譯文的基礎上還要多多閱讀平行文本;
第三、長句應該如何斷句,三位老師在研討過程中多次指出中文長句在譯成英文時,應該充分考慮如何合理地斷句,因為不僅是英譯漢時應該考慮斷句的問題,中文長句在英譯時也應該避免句子過分冗長,阻礙譯文讀者的理解,也要力求譯文符合英語的語言表達。
