內容簡介：
本文本來源于成都快譯貓翻譯有限公司提供的資料《中緬天然氣管道工程（緬甸段）仁安羌分輸壓氣站工程施工組織設計》。源文本共計73248字，譯者從中選擇大約1.5萬字作為本次翻譯實踐報告的素材，主要為第七章的內容。這一部分的內容只要是施工過程中所需的技術設施，如：施工準備、土建工程施工技術設施、測量放線、基（坑）槽開挖、鋪設墊層、鋼筋工程等。
本材料是一篇施工組織設計，因此翻譯主要存在詞匯、句法方面的困難，涵蓋領域廣、專業性強，術語與專業用語數量多、出現頻率高需譯者了解積累一定的專業知識。文本中無主句、省略句出現頻次高，上下文聯系緊密，需要譯者聯系上下文進行翻譯。
譯文修改：
例1：
ST: 砼采用農用翻斗運輸，平板式振搗器振搗，砼振搗密實后，以鋼筋棍上所標示的標高及水平棉線為準檢查平整度，高的鏟掉，凹的補平，用水平刮杠刮平，表面再用木抹子搓平。
TT1: Concrete shall be transported by an agricultural dump truck and vibrated with a flat-type vibrator. After vibration and compaction, inspect levelness of concrete based on the elevation indicated on the rebar rod and the level cotton line. Shovel projected concrete from the surface and fill up the sags. Strike off the concrete surface with a horizontal darby and then float the surface with a wooden float.

例3：
ST: 對加氣砼塊進行澆水，時間在抹灰前一天進行，澆水數量以砌塊表面不干不出浮水為宜，嚴格控制好底子灰的抹壓，抹灰前一定要刷一道水泥漿。

研討反思：
通過此次翻譯研討，對翻譯的過程有了更加清楚的認識，主要的收獲有以下三點：
第一、對原文理解不足。原文為中文，且出現大量動詞和小短句，在上述三個例句中均有所體現，在進行翻譯時，由于對原文理解的不透徹性，導致斷句出現錯誤，在三位老師的幫助下，重新進行意群劃分，對原文的理解進一步加強。由于這一收獲，引出了第二點。
第二、閱讀平行文本的重要性，通過翻譯研討過程中與同學和老師的案例討論，發現自己對文本的理解不夠深入，原因就在于平行文本閱讀的量還不夠，比如第三句中的“浮水”，在李渝老師的幫助下了解到該浮水為floating，所以下一階段在不斷打磨譯文的基礎上還要多多閱讀平行文本,肖老師也提供了很多平行文本進行查閱。
第三、翻譯要和翻譯理論所結合。在一句翻譯中，選擇一種突出的句式與翻譯理論中的某一條進行結合，而不是用兩種句子，比如，例1中TT1就用了被動句和祈使句兩種句式，龍仕文老師就建議到都用被動句，這樣就能體現出翻譯轉換理論中的結構轉換，在之后論文的例句翻譯中就能很好的進行分析。
