Meitu sets up fund of 300 million yuan (US$47.6 million) to support AI and AR content to improve its ecosystem.
美圖建立一個3億人民幣（4760萬美元）的基金，用來提高它的人臉生態系統。
Meitu Inc aims to create a “Beauty Ecosystem” incorporating latest technologies like AI and AR, the Hong Kong-listed firm said today in Shanghai.
The latest technologies include an application to test skin quality and recommends tips on make-up, artificial intelligence to forecast how people will look like in 30 yeas, and augmented reality that allows users to interact with stars and brands.
在香港的上市公司美圖今天在上海再次確認，美圖公司將建立的“人臉生態系統”納入了最新的技術，人工智能和虛擬現實等技術。最新的科技包括用一款APP去測試人的肌膚質感和推薦一些化妝的小貼士。人工智能可以預測30年后人的模樣，虛擬現實的技術則可以讓使用者得到與名人名流相互交流的機會。
Users, especially young people, process and transfer 150 to 200 million pictures every day through Meitu’s products and this gives the company unique advantages to develop AI algorithms and marketing packages for brands.
特別是年輕的使用者，通過用美圖的產品每天傳送1500萬到2000萬張圖片，這給了美圖公司獨一無二的優勢去發展人工智能算法和品牌的市場包裝。
Meitu has established a fund of 300 million yuan (US$47.6 million) to support AI and AR content to improve its ecosystem. Through technologies and apps, Meitu connects its business to e-commerce, social and short-term video business for its 455 million active users, Bryan Cheng, Meitu’s chief operating officer, said in Shanghai today.

The trend toward adopting AR is also echoed by Oppo which predicts that 80 million Oppo phones will feature AR by the end of 2018, up from 30 million by the first half of this year. Huawei, the top smartphone brand in China, has developed AI to improve mobile photography on its phones.

Boston Dynamic Little Robot With Four Feet Will Be On Sale Next Year Without Determined Price
波士頓動力四足小機器人 明年開售，價格未定
Recently，according to the report of CNBC, Boston Dynamics declared that their four-footed robot SpotMini would be come into market next year. And it has been the first time that Boston Dynamics sells their robot products since the company was established 26 years ago.
近日，據CNBC報道，波士頓動力公司宣布，他們的四足機器人SpotMini將于明年上市。這是波士頓動力成立26年來，首次出售其機器人產品。
The founder of Boston Dynamics Marc Raibert said that the SpotMini was on the way and would be on sale in 2019. The company plans to produce about 100 robots for business uses next year and then realize large-scale production. Though the initial price of the robot has not been set, the costing of latest SpotMini model is at least 10 times than the previous one.

Adopting the invitation of four feet, SpotMini was launched at the end of 2017, which weighted 30 kilogram and could run for 90 minutes with full electric quantity.

As a project stripped from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Boston Dynamics was set up in 1992. Running under the control of Alphabet, the company was purchased by SoftBank last year. And in 2015, it began to sell humanoid robots.

On 21st May, a great opening ceremony of campus youth sticom College Dormitory Life was held in Capital Normal University (CNU), which is instructed by Publicity Department of Young Communist League and co-presented by Central network film and television center of the Communist Youth League, China Youth Media Culture Co.Ltd. and Guizhou Huaming culture film and television media Co.Ltd.
5月21日，由共青團中央宣傳部作為指導單位，共青團中央網絡影視中心、北京中青盛世傳媒文化有限公司、貴州華明文化影視傳媒有限公司聯合出品的校園青春情景喜劇《大學宿舍生活》在首都師范大學科德學院舉行了盛大的開機儀式。
The Standing Committee and director of the Party committee of Central network film and television center of the Communist Youth League, Zhang Jianwei; the Vice General Manager of China Youth Media Culture Co.Ltd., Ding Lei; and the subdecanal of CNU, Chen Yongxia, and the cast of this sticom attended the ceremony. College Dormitory Life was a humorous story which is of good social meaning. It narrates a group of freshmen from different areas with diverse characters begin their four-year-long cohabitation life because of the arrangement of the student’s dormitory. The sitcom adopts a boy’s dorm and a girl’s dorm respectively as the main scene. Four boys and four girls are of distinct characters, giving people a sense of reality and sincerity. Through a series of funny, moving, warm, serious and provoking events, the life of contemporary college students is revealed vividly for the audiences.

The sitcom is starring Chinese famous actress Li Jingjing and actor Liu Xiangjing. In addition to starting using the young actors, the director also specially invited stars including Huang Bo, Huang Xiaoming, Yang Yang, Zheng Kai and Zheg Shuang to boost the sitcom, and it is predicted to be presented at the end of the year.

China's local women's idol group, SNH48 GROUP, will officially launch its fifth annual popular runoff on May 11. 66 dream seats will be set in the general runoff of idol popularity this year and the five groups will create a record of 303 members in total who take part into the selection. The final results will be unveiled at the site of the general election concert held in Mercedes culture center in Shanghai in July 28th, and will be broadcast live on the Internet and domestic TV channels at home and abroad.

The Net guard Jeremy Lin recently accepted the interview of the Athletic reporter Mike Vokunov. During this time, he always felt amazed that many Street players think they can beat him.
籃網控衛林書豪最近接受了The Athletic記者Mike Vokunov的采訪，在此期間，他表示對于總是會有很多的街球手認為他們可以擊敗他一事，他總是會感到驚奇。
“The world population is about six billion people, but only 450 NBA players, people often criticize us, even when we were watching the playoffs, we would make criticisms.”Jeremy said,“ i usually thought it i am in different nationality, would that happen frequently?”
“全世界有60多億人口，只有450名NBA球員，人們經常批評我們，即便是當現在我們在觀看季后賽的時候，我們也會去做出批評。”林書豪說道。 “我總是會想，如果我是不同的種族，那種事還會經常發生嗎？”
When asked about the masculinity of Asian Americans in the visions of Americans,Jeremy said,” Perhaps my experience is different from that of ordinary people, because I’m in an industry where I’m the only Asian”

In every team I played, I was the only Asian. Consequently, the comments of my teammates，employees or fans can help me understand what they think of me. The masculine of Asian Americans are more likely to Jet Li, Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan.i also heard of other people’s comments,i think what we could do the best is to be proficient in our profession and shine brilliant rays.
“在每一支我待的球隊中，我都是唯一的亞洲人。所以，我隊友或球隊員工或球迷的評論能夠讓我了解他們是怎么看待我的。亞洲裔美國人的男子氣概，更多地是像李連杰、李小龍、成龍那樣。我還聽過別人說過很多其他的話，是的，我認為我們能夠去做的最好的事情就是精通于我們的專業，發出閃耀的光芒。”
Referring to physical condition, Jeremy Lin said he was still in the period of knee recovery, but he was optimistic that he could do preparation for the training camp. Next week, he will leave the United States and start the Chinese trip. Jeremy Lin said he had basically reached a stage of success.

The Triple Jump Enters the Ancient Wall of Xi’an
三級跳遠辦進西安古城墻內
The Chinese track & flied tour has been a distinctive launch since 2 years ago, when the single race was held in Heaven Street in Beijing.
從兩年前在北京天街開始舉辦單項項群賽開始，中國田徑街頭巡回賽就成為了一種另類的推廣。
On the evening, May, 20th,the first tour was held in West Gate City in Xi’an ancient wall, and the event is, triple jumping. Contestants form all over the country came here to compete. Male’s team consists of Cao Shuo, the famous athlete in Hebei, who are champion of the Asian Game, and freshmen, Wu Ruiting, form Guangzhou and Zhu Yaming, from Liao Ning, and the “Both Master” in long jump and triple jump. In female group, there are Li yanmei, from Guangdong, Wang Rong, from Zhejiang, and Wang Wupin, the champion of National Game in 2017.
5月20日晚，2018年中國田徑街頭巡回賽（CAST）第一站，在西安古城墻西門甕城舉行，這次比拼的項目是——三級跳遠。來自全國各地的7 名頂尖高手在此一較高下。參賽的男子包括河北名將、亞運會冠軍曹碩，兩位近年來亮相世界大賽的新銳——廣東吳瑞庭、遼寧朱亞明，以及跳遠和三級跳遠“雙棲 高手”遼寧名將張耀廣。而女子包括廣東名將李艷梅，福建名將、2017全運會冠軍王烏品，以及浙江名將王蓉。
This is the third time that Chinese track & field tour comes to Xi’an. There was male & female pole vault competition last year, and female long jump competition the year before last year. ancient wall witness “Fast and Furious”.
今年是中國田徑街頭巡回賽第三次來到西安，去年這里舉行了男女撐竿跳高比賽，而前年這里舉行的是男子跳遠比賽。古老的城墻見證了田徑的“速度與激情”。
Actually, this is the first time that triple jump appears in the stage of Chinese track & flied tour. The Chinese athletes always perform well in this event, who create successful results in world. The famous Chinese athlete, Zhou zhengxian, is the first Asian to break the 17m record, and he is also known as “Asian Flyman”.
這是三級跳遠第一次登上中國田徑街頭巡回賽的“舞臺”。中國選手在這個項目上一直高手如云，曾頻繁在世界賽場創造佳績。中國名將鄒振先是亞洲第一個突破17米大關的男子，，他被世界體壇譽為“亞洲飛人”。
In 2009, Li yanxi, from Hebei, jumped 17.59m, which eventually broke Zhou zhengxian’s “beard record”. And in the indoor championship in Portland, the USA, Dong Bin, from Hunan, won the champion with 17.33m. During the Rio Olympics, in the same year, he jumped 17.58m and won bronze.
2009年，河北名將李延熙在全運會上跳出17.59米，終于刷新了鄒振先的“胡子紀錄”。而在2016年美國波特蘭室內世錦賽上，湖南小伙董斌以17.33米的成績勇奪桂冠。同年里約奧運會，他跳出17.58米，喜獲銅牌。
