The total amount of Internet copyright market has broken through 600 billion 

網絡版權產業市場規模突破6000億元

On April 23, the study base of Internet copyright industry released “report of development of Chinese Internet copyright industry” in Beijing. According to the report, the Internet copyright industry of our country keep increasing at a fast but stable speed. As it was calculated, the total amount of Chinese Internet copyright market in 2017 was 636.5 billion, which had increased by 27.2 percent compared to that in 2016.

本報北京4月23日電(記者張賀）國家版權局網絡版權產業研究基地今天在京發布《中國網絡版權產業發展報告（2018）》。報告顯示，當前我國網絡版權產業繼續保持快速增長趨勢。根據測算，2017年中國網絡版權產業的市場規模為6365億元，較2016年增長27.2%。

According to the report, the conventional cultural industry is positively creating connections with the Internet to accelerate its transformation in digitization. For example, in the area of digital reading, the platforms cultivate users’ habit of online reading. And the changes of users’ reading habits drive publishing house to accept digital reading positively instead of passively. In the area of sports, the rapid development of e-sports in China gives rise to numerous e-competition of high quality. 

報告顯示，傳統文化產業正在積極擁抱互聯網，加快數字轉型。例如在數字閱讀領域，數字閱讀平臺培育了用戶的在線閱讀習慣，用戶閱讀習慣的遷移推動出版社對數字閱讀平臺從被動接納轉為主動接受；在體育賽事領域，中國電子競技的飛速發展催生了大批優質賽事的舉辦。 

A sudden rise of webcast in 2017 helped increase the whole scale of the market. It was reported that total amount of webcast users had been 42,000 million, which had increased 7.778 million compared with that of 2016. With its 54.3 percent of permeability and 40 billion of industrial market scale, webcast had become the secondary industry next to what was supported by game users.

網絡直播在2017年異軍突起，拉動了整體市場規模的增長。報告顯示，2017年中國網絡直播用戶規模達4.22億人，較2016年增加7778萬人，網民滲透率達54.3%，產業市場規模已經達到近400億元，成為僅次于游戲用戶付費的產業。

The cultural relic suspected to have been lost in the Old Summer Palace was auctioned in UK

疑似圓明園流失的文物在英國拍賣

The "bronze tiger," which is suspected to have been lost in the Chinese yuanmingyuan, was auctioned off at the Canterbury auction house , and was eventually traded for 410,000 pounds.

疑似中國圓明園流失文物“青銅虎鎣”在英國坎特伯雷拍賣行被“強行”拍賣，最終以41萬英鎊的價格成交。

In the auction house is about to auction off suspected of Canterbury yuanmingyuan after the loss of cultural relics in China, state administration of cultural heritage has been looking for a variety of channels to communicate with the auction house，to comply with the international convention for the spirit and the professional code of ethics and stop the relics auction activities, and called for the international companions to resist suspected illegal looted relics auction.

在得知英國坎特伯雷拍賣行即將拍賣疑似中國圓明園流失文物后，國家文物局曾通過多種渠道與該行進行溝通，要求其遵守國際公約精神與職業道德準則，終止對上述文物的拍賣和宣傳活動，并呼吁國際友好人士共同抵制疑似非法流失文物拍賣。

However, this reasonable request was rejected by Canterbury auction house. Canterbury, on April 9, made it clear that they refused to withdraw the cultural relics, because the cultural relics looting occurred in more than 150 years ago, which does not apply to the UNESCO contract on returning the looting of cultural relics. And There is no law in Britain to prevent them from auctioning the relic legally.

然而，這一合理要求卻遭到了坎特伯雷拍賣行的拒絕。4月9日，坎特伯雷拍賣行明確表示，拒絕撤拍上述文物，理由是該文物劫掠發生在150多年前，不適用于聯合國教科文組織公約關于歸還劫掠文物的約束。英國也沒有相關的法律阻止他們合法拍賣這件文物。

The official of art committee of the Chinese auction industry association issued a statement the day before the auction, saying it totally agree with the  state administration of cultural heritage's attitude and position on the matter and only if the relic was still acuted in the auction house of Canterbury in UK, they will ally with all Chinese cultural relics auction companies to reject all cooperation with it.

中國拍賣行業協會藝委會也在拍賣前一天就此事發表了聲明，表示完全同意并支持國家文物局對此事的態度和立場。如英國坎特伯雷拍賣行執意拍賣，中拍協將聯合中國所有文物拍賣企業承諾永不與其合作。

Recently, the huge poster of the 3rd China Technical Ski Grand Prix has been posted in Times Square in New York, USA. This is the second time China Technical Ski Grand Prix has debuted in Times Square in New York City. The Grand Prix is jointly organized by Yongle Sports under the company of Yongle Culture, Zhangjiakou Ski Association, and Harbin Institute of Physical Education, Cuiyunshan Yinhe Ski Resort. Yongle Sports carries an increasingly important mission as an important part of the IP incubation of the “Pan Entertainment” of Yongle Culture.

The 3rd China Technical Ski Grand Prix which has Successfully ended just now lasted more than 3 months. The Grand Prix set a total of five qualifications in Heilongjiang Yabuli Sunshine Resort, Jilin Wanke Songhua Lake, Xinjiang Altay General Hill, Beijing Vanke Shi Jinglong，Hebei Chongli Cuiyunshan Galaxy and Hebei Chongli Cuiyunshan Galaxy Finals. This event covers a total of five provinces and cities, with 5,000 people participating. It is the most popular ski race in China with the longest time span, the most extensive coverage area, and the most registered runners.

剛剛成功落幕的第三屆大技賽前后歷時共計3個多月，共設黑龍江亞布力陽光度假村、吉林萬科松花湖、新疆阿勒泰將軍山、北京萬科石京龍、河北崇禮翠云山銀河5站預選賽和河北崇禮翠云山銀河總決賽，累計覆蓋了5個省市，5000人次參與，是國內目前時間跨度最長、覆蓋面積最廣、報名選手最多的大眾類滑雪賽事。

Exploring The Shoes' Culture of NBA

Ping An Good Doctor begins its share offering in Hong Kong

平安好醫生開始在香港發行
  Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company started selling shares today in Hong Kong, aiming to raise as much as 8.77 billion yuan in its initial public offering

平安醫療技術公司開始銷售 股票在今天的香港，以其在首次公開發行募集高達87億7000萬元

As a health care unit of the Ping An Group, the company plans to sell around 160 million shares to global investors from Monday to Thursday, at a price range of HK$50.8 (US$6.47) to HK$54.8 per share.

作為平安集團的醫療機構，該公司計劃在星期一至星期四向全球投資者出售約1億6000萬股股票，每股價格為50.8港元（合6.47美元）至每股54.8港元。

Ping An Good Doctor estimates that it will raise up to HK$8.25 billion if the shares are sold at the median price of HK$52.8.

The prospectus shows that seven cornerstone investors may together purchase the company’s offerings worth HK$4.31 billion.Incorporated in November 2014, Ping An Healthcare and Technology operates China’s largest Internet healthcare platform in terms of average monthly active users. As of the end of last year, the company had a total of 192.8 million registered users. Average monthly active users in 2017 stood at 32.9 million across the platform.

Elon Musk: Just walk out of bad meetings

伊隆馬斯克：不要開沒用的會議

Elon Musk wants staff to cut short unproductive phone calls and meetings as he aims to boost production of the Tesla Model 3 over the next few months.

伊隆馬斯克希望員工減少短期的非生產性電話和會議，因為他打算在接下來的幾個月里提高特斯拉3型的產量。

Work has temporarily halted at Tesla plants in California for upgrades aimed at increasing output from 2,000 to 6,000 cars per week by the end of June.

加利福尼亞特斯拉工廠的工作暫時停止，目的是在六月底之前每周增加2000到6000輛汽車的產量。

In the leaked email, published by website Elektrek, chief executive Mr Musk calls for a crackdown on the performance of Tesla’s contractors, which he says in some cases has been "worse than a drunken sloth".
