工作人員失誤導致奧斯卡最佳影片獎被頒給愛樂之城
La La Land was accidentally announced as the winner of Best Motion Picture at The Oscar in a disastrous moment. The movie stars, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone had won awards for Best Director and Best Actress respectively that night.
災難時刻--愛樂之城被意外頒發奧斯卡最佳影片獎，影星瑞恩高斯林和艾瑪斯通當晚分別榮獲最佳導演和最佳女演員獎。
In the final award of the night, La La Land was named the best motion picture, and after all crew members got on stage, production assistants came on stage to check the envelope again.Warren Beatty, who presented the award, then admitted he had the envelope for Best Actress in hand.
在宣布當晚最后一個獎項時，愛樂之城被提名為最佳影片，當愛樂之城劇組所有人都來到臺上時，制片助理們沖到臺上再次檢查信封。頒獎人沃倫比蒂隨后宣稱他手中拿的是最佳女演員獎名單。
“I opened the envelope and it said Emma Stone, La La Land”,he explained.
“我打開信封上面寫著艾瑪斯通，《愛樂之城》” ，他解釋道。
All of the cast and crew of La La Land then awkwardly left the stage, with Moonlight being the actual winner.
《愛樂之城》劇組成員尷尬離場，而奧斯卡最佳影片獎真正得主為《月光男孩》。
“The presenters had mistakenly been given the wrong category envelope and, when discovered, the mistake was immediately corrected. We are currently investigating how this could have happened and deeply regret that this occurred”,The officer said.
“有人給了頒獎人其他獎項的信封，當我們意識到的時候立刻采取挽救措施。我們目前正在調查這件事的起因并且對此感到抱歉”，有關人士說到。

Frankly, all you need to do is type "fashion" on Google or "fashion style" on Instagram and you will find thousands and thousands of hits!
如果你不喜歡借出你的衣服那也是百分百的可以因為還有其他方法去幫助假時尚室友！如果你的室友正困擾于挑選服裝，告訴他去看看拼趣網或瞧瞧時尚博主的Instagram賬戶，Tumblr帳戶或是獨立網站。說白了，你所需要做的就是在谷歌上輸入時尚或在Instagram上輸入時尚、款式，你們就會找到成千上萬的目標。

A new semester indicates the birth of dreams. A new journey signifies countless unexpected challenges. Dreams are motivational and can always inspire confidence.

It is a crucial stage in 2017 for our university to accelerate the construction of an advanced and characteristic university as well as top-class subjects. Handing in Money First at the Beginning of a Semester?
開學要先交保證金？
A middle school teacher in Chengdu, Sichuan Province is investigated by education authorities for asking students for deposits. And if students get bad grades, the teacher will deduct their money.
四川省成都市一名中學教師正在接受教育部門的調查，起因是這名教師向學生預收錢款，如果學生成績不好就會扣錢。
A netizen posted that at the beginning of the Spring semester, Miss Xiao, a teacher in Fuxing Middle School charged for at least 100 yuan from each student.
一位網友日前發帖曝光稱，春季學期剛開始，福興中學肖老師就向每個學生收取了至少100元。
Miss.Xiao claimed that this idea was conceived by students, that the teacher would deduct money if there is either a decline of grades or a wrong answer. A student in Miss.Xiao’s class stated: “We handed in money voluntarily and in any case, the money will be returned to us ultimately.”
肖老師稱，這個法子是學生們想出來的，如果學生成績下降或者“回答錯誤”就會扣錢。肖老師班上一名學生表示：“我們都是自愿交錢的。不管如何，錢最終都會還給我們。”
The education authorities have required Miss.Xiao to give back 2660 yuan that was collected from her students. The investigation is still in progress.
該縣教育局官員已經要求肖老師將收集的2660元錢款歸還學生。目前對該事件的調查仍在進行中。

Fifth Lighthouse to Shine on South China Sea
第五座燈塔將在南海島礁點亮
China will make the fifth lighthouse glow in the South China Sea soon, and the construction of the lighthouse on Meiji Reef is almost complete, announced by Xu Ruqing, secretary of Party Leadership of China's Maritime Safety Administration on Sunday.
中國將在不久后點亮在南海島礁的第五座燈塔，并且在美濟礁的燈塔建設工程也將完工，交通運輸部海事局黨組書記許如清說。
All five lighthouses are 50 to 55 meters tall, equipped with the marine Automatic Identification System and High Frequency Communication Base Station, which means that the navigation service is provided as well, allowing vessels to receive up-to-date information and send messages to the lighthouses to ask for assistance.
五座燈塔在50到55米之間，都裝有船舶自動識別系統和高頻通訊基站，這意味著燈塔還具有導航服務功能。這些系統也可使船舶收集最新消息或者向燈塔請求幫助。
Zheng Heping, another official with the administration, added that the administration will focus on placing beacons at key points of the main international channel in the South China Sea, double-checking data on water depth and meeting the navigational demands of ships.
另一個部門官員鄭和平補充說，政府將把燈塔作為主要南海國際航道的關注重點，復核水深數據，滿足船舶導航需求。
China started the operation of lighthouses in the South China Sea in May last year, with four now in use on Huayang, Chigua, Zhubi and Yongshu reefs. The most recent project was completed on Yongshu Reef on June 25.
自2015年5月開始，我國陸續在南海島礁開工建設了5座大型燈塔。截至目前，華陽、赤瓜、渚碧、永暑等4座燈塔已先后建成發光。最近的永暑燈塔工程也已在6月25日完工。
“China is performing its duties to ensure safety in the international navigation channel by setting up the lighthouses in the South China Sea, as a result of which, the international community will benefit from the facilities”,Xu said.
許如清說，中國通過建立南海燈塔來履行職責，確保國際航道的安全，從而使國際社會在此中受益。

Nowadays in China, sharing economy is growing vigorously. After ofo, the sharing cars which are fashionable and cool appear in more than 10 large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, being viewed favorably by more and more consumers.
時下中國，共享經濟發展得如火如荼。繼“共享單車”后，時尚、酷炫的“共享汽車”又亮相北京、上海、廣州等10余個大中城市，受到越來越多消費者的青睞。
China has already entered into automobile society.Be it in cities or in the countryside, there is a sharp increasing of the numbers of cars. However, one of the most important feature is that the traffic jam is more serious day by day. Even in the countryside, buying cars is becoming the standard requirements of the new generation. In the future, the purchasing power of people will be enhanced more, which will also promote the demand for cars continuously.
中國早已經進入汽車社會，不管是在城市還是在農村，汽車的保有量都在急劇增長。而其中的一個重要表現就是擁堵日益嚴重。即便是在農村，買車也正成為年輕一代的標配需求。未來，群眾的購買力還會進一步增強，對汽車的需求量也會持續上揚。
Sharing cars is a way between public transportation and private cars. Such a pattern of sharing economy has been applied in Europe-America countries for over 10 years, nevertheless, yet new as it is still to Chinese market. As for a developing industry, not only does it need to put into a good deal of money, but also there are some problems to solve, such as enrolling license plates for the cars.What’s more, how much it could influence the public transportation and whether it could be popular like ofo are still unknown.
共享汽車是一種介于公共交通和私家車之間的駕車出行方式，雖然這種共享經濟模式在歐美等國已經有10多年的應用，但在中國市場上還屬于新生事物。對于一個頗具成長性的行業，不僅需要大量資金投入，還需要解決上牌等問題。除此之外，它能在公眾出行中有多大影響，能不能像共享單車一樣普及，這一切都還是未知數。
The appearances of ofo and sharing cars enriches the way people traveling, contributing to relieving the growing pains of Chinese automobile society. As for the choices of buying cars, it depends on how much the future development of these sharing new patterns can meet the needs of public transportation.
共享單車、共享汽車的出現，豐富了人們的交通出行方式，有助于緩解中國汽車社會“成長的煩惱”。至于人們還要不要買車，要看這些共享新模式的未來發展，能在多大程度上滿足公眾的出行需求。
