China to open football academy modeled on Barcelona’s La Masia
巴薩入華建首家直管足球學校看好中國市場
China is set to open its own version of one of the world’s celebrated football academies as part of President Xi Jinping’s quest for footballing glory.
響應習近平主席創造足球輝煌的號召，中國將建設本國版本，世界著名的足球學校。
Xi has championed plans to revolutionize China’s notoriously weak national game with efforts afoot to create 50,000 football schools by 2025.
習近平倡導改造中國足球軟弱的現狀，提出至2025年創造5萬所足球學校的計劃。
By setting up the first youth training center on the tropical island of Hainan in the South China Sea, His ultimate goal is to transform China,whose national football team currently ranks a dismal 86th in Fifa’s world rankings, below Armenia and Qatar, into a world-beating team capable of lifting the World Cup.

The academy will reportedly feature seven pitches and house 1,000 children aged 6 to 18.Among its teaching staff will be Ronaldinho,the former Brazil and Barcelona star.
據報道，該學校將設有7個球場，并容納1000名6至18歲的學員。其中一位教練將是前巴西和巴塞羅那明星羅納爾迪尼奧。
He hopes more and more European players will come to play in the Chinese Super League,and that hopefully we can have more homegrown talents playing in the Super League and even European League .He said：“I’m sure we will see graduates from our academy playing for Barcelona in the future.”

The Emblem and Mascot of The 13th National Student Sports Games Has Been Published
第十三屆全國學生運動會會徽吉祥物發布
The 13th National Student Sports Games Organizing committee has published the emblem Zhe and mascot named “The Group of Youth” of this year’s National Student Sports Games.
第十三屆全國學生運動會籌委會９日發布了本屆全國學生運動會的會徽“浙”與吉祥物“青春組合”。
It’s said that the pattern of the emblem Zhe, which is the central factor of design, is taken from the abbreviation of the games’ host province, Zhejiang. Meanwhile, it combines “2017” and “13th” with the character in a form of Chinese writing, and transmits the geographical characteristics of Zhejiang, the personality of contemporary students and the connotation of sports culture.
據介紹，第十三屆全國學生運動會的會徽圖案以舉辦地浙江的簡稱“浙”字為設計核心元素，并結合了“２０１７”（２０１７年）和“１３”（第十三屆）兩個要素，以書法的形式傳遞浙江的地域特色和當代學生特點、體育運動文化內涵。
And the mascot “The Group of Youth” is designed as two vigorous cartoon figures--“Qingqing” and “Chunchun”, based on Hangzhou’s city tree Cinnamomum camphora and city flower fragrans, (這幾個單詞發音錄音同學先查清楚哦）
吉祥物“青春組合”則以杭州市樹“香樟”和市花“桂花”為創作原型，塑造出兩個活力動感的卡通吉祥物形象“青青”和“春春”。
According to the organizing committee, after they announced to collect ideas about the emblem and mascot among the public, they received 398 works created by professional organizations, skilled professionals and technical college students throughout the country. In the process of selection and discussion, Huang Yuehong from Hangzhou and Su Huaizhi from Wenzhou separately won the first prize of emblem and mascot. Based on their creations, China Academy of Art ,which was appointed to process and develop the design after thebidding procedure, accomplished the two items’ final version.
據籌委會介紹，此前，面向全社會對運動會會徽、吉祥物設計進行公開征集，共收到來自全國各專業機構、專業人士及各大中專院校學生創作的３９８件作品。經評選，浙江省杭州市黃月紅的會徽作品和浙江省溫州市蘇志懷的吉祥物作品獲得一等獎，在此基礎上，通過招標程序確定由中國美術學院進行了加工和深化設計工作，最終創作出第十三屆全國學生運動會的會徽和吉祥物。
The 13th National Student Sports Games will be held in Hangzhou from September 4th to 16th this year. Currently, all preparations are going on smoothly.
第十三屆全國學生運動會將于２０１７年９月４日至１６日在杭州舉辦。目前，賽事的各項籌備工作正在順利進行中。

China’s "sharing economy" up by 103 pct in 2016
中國“共享經濟”成發展熱點，去年增長超103%！
China’s "sharing economy" took off in 2016 with a 103-percent increase in transaction, according to a new report.
據一項新報告指出，中國的“共享經濟”在2016年得到了長足發展，交易量增長達到了103%。
The sector saw deals worth some 3.45 trillion yuan (500 billion U.S. dollars) last year, according to a report released by the Sharing Economy Research Center under the State Information Center.
據國家信息中心共享經濟研究中心發布的報告顯示，去年該行業的交易額約為3.45萬億人民幣（約合5000億美元）。
During that period, a total of 600 million people were involved in the industry, up by 100 million from the previous year.
在此期間共有6億人參與了共享經濟，比上一年增長了1億人。
Transport, short-term house renting and medical services posted strong growth, it said.
報告指出，交通運輸、短期房屋租賃和醫療服務增長最為強勁。
Enterprises in the sector raised 171 billion yuan last year, with an annual increase of 130 percent, driving development of online streaming and bike-sharing, according to the report.

The sector will grow at an average annual rate of 40 percent over the next few years to account for more than 10 percent of the country’s GDP by 2020, the report predicted.

China is likely to develop mega-enterprises in the burgeoning sector, which is seeing a reshuffling of players, said Prof. Li Fuyou with Xi’an Jiaotong University.

The government will continue to support and guide the development of the sharing economy, according to a government report delivered Sunday at the opening meeting of the top legislature’s annual session.

“China plans to impose appropriate taxes to regulate sharing economy fields.” A proposal draft showed by China’s top economic planning department last Tuesday.
我國最高經濟規劃部門上周二在一份意見稿中表示，為規范分享經濟領域，我國計劃對其適當征稅。
National Development and Reform Commission distributes a proposal draft on official website, which appeals to study quickly a new tax administration measures in allusion to rapid development of sharing economy fields.
國家發改委在其官網上發布的這份意見稿呼吁，加快研究針對快速發展的分享經濟領域的新的稅收管理措施。
More efforts are to be done to encourage connections between sharing economy enterprises and local taxes system and promote quickly online and offline integration of management policies.
意見稿稱：要加大努力，鼓勵分享經濟企業與地方稅收系統的對接，加快推進線上線下稅收管理政策一體化。
The proposal also points that the local government will purchase more sharing economy products service to decrease operating costs and implement the maximization of resource utilization.

Confucian Analects Becomes One of the Bestsellers
《論語》成為暢銷讀物
2000 years passed by, but Confucian’s masterpiece is still as popular as ever.
盡管兩千年過去了，但是孔子的著作仍然像以前一樣受歡迎。
The Zhonghua Book Company released its annual selling data and Confucian Analects, a classic text compiled 2000 years ago becomes one of the bestsellers.
中華書局公布其年度暢銷數據，兩千多年前編著的經典作品《論語》成為該出版社最暢銷的書籍之一。
Confucian Analects is one of the core texts of Confucianism which collected the sayings and ideas of Confucian. According to the Zhonghua Book Company, Confucian Analects Annotated has been sold as many as 450,000 copies, twice than last year. In addition, other Chinese classic texts are also doing well in the market.
《論語》收錄孔子的言論和思想，是儒家學派的核心著作之一。據中華書局介紹，去年《論語譯注》的總銷量多達45萬冊，比同比翻一番。除了《論語》，其他國學經典的市場銷量也不錯。
This phenomenon shocked the publishers much. And readers’ passion of reading original texts has drawn their attention. Original texts were written by ancient scripts, which is not easy for modern Chinese speakers to make sense.
這一現象讓出版商們感到吃驚，讀者直接閱讀原典的熱情引起了出版商們的注意。原典以古文編著，對講現代漢語的人來說并不容易理解。
Observers believe that it reflects the desire of readers to pursue new interpretations of the historic classics.
