中國政府獎學金“高水平研究生”項目是由中國政府資助的面向國際學生的全額獎學金項目，獎學金包括學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫療保險費（不含國際旅費）。
The Chinese Government Scholarship "High-Level Postgraduate" program is fully funded scholarship program for international students sponsored by the Chinese government. The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, living expenses, and comprehensive medical insurance (excluding international travel expenses).

1. 《中國政府獎學金申請表》（中文或英文填寫，僅在學校系統上傳）；Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (filled in Chinese or English, only uploaded in University system)； 2. 年齡在40周歲以下的非中國籍公民身體健康，愿意遵守中國的法律、法規、遵守西南石油大學的規章制度、尊重中國人的風俗習慣、遵守社會公德者；Non-Chinese citizens under the age of 40 who are in good health and willing to abide by Chinese laws and regulations, Southwest Petroleum University rules and regulations, respect Chinese customs, and abide by social ethics; 3. 護照有效期須3年以上；Passport validity shall be more than 3 years; 4. 經公證的最高學歷證明。如申請人為在校學生，須提交本人就讀學校出具的預計畢業證明或在學證明；Notarized Highest Degree Certificate. Prospective degree certificate winners must submit official proof of student status by their current university; 5. 學習成績單（自本科階段起）。成績單掃描件應包括本科、碩士、博士（如有）學習階段，直至最近一學期的成績。成績單應由就讀學校教務處、研究生院或有關學生管理部門開具并蓋章。可提供中/英文成績單，如為英語以外語種，需另提供英文翻譯件并公證；Academic Transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, master, and PhD programs (if any) shall be provided, up to the most recent semester. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. Transcripts in Chinese or English can be provided. 碩士 研究生 Master students |

三、申請截止時間 Application Deadline
2025年2月28日 February 28th, 2025
四、申請流程 Application Procedure
1、CSC系統申請：登錄中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn），選擇留學項目種類B類（Type B），輸入受理機構編號:10615（西南石油大學），填寫信息后在線提交，下載《中國政府獎學金申請表》。注：系統操作流程請見附件2。Application in CSC system: Log in to the Management Information System of Chinese Government Scholarships for Studying in China （https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）, select TypeB, enter the accepting organization: No. 10615 (Southwest Petroleum University), fill in the information, submit online, and download the Application Form of Chinese Government Scholarship.
Note: Please refer to Annex Ⅱ for the system application instruction.
2、學校系統申請【非常重要】：完成CSC網站申請后，還須在學校申請系統(https://swpu.17gz.org/)中提交申請，有關材料須與CSC系統中完全一致(注意：如果您不在西南石油大學網站上申請，我們將無法受理您的申請)。
University system application 【Extremely important】: After completing the application on the CSC website, you must also submit the application in the University application system (https://swpu.17gz.org/), and the relevant documents must be completely consistent with those in the CSC system (Note: If you do not apply on the website of Southwest Petroleum University, we will not be able to accept your application).
3、學校初審：學校按照招生要求，對申請人資格進行初審，初審通過后商請培養單位復審。
Preliminary review: The application will be reviewed in accordance with the enrollment requirements, and then the academic schools will conduct a further review.
4、學校復審：2025年3月15日前，學校各培養單位將組織專家復審，通過面試或筆試對申請人的學術能力、語言水平、教育背景、發展潛力等進行綜合評審。
Academic review: Before March 15, 2025, each academic school will organize expert review to comprehensively evaluate the applicants’ academic ability, language proficiency, educational background, and development potential through interviews or written tests.
5、發放預錄取通知書：學校將在通過學校復審的申請人中擇優發放預錄取通知書。獲得預錄取資格的申請人須在2025年3月24日前再次登錄中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）提交預錄取通知書及其他所需材料。
Issuance of pre-admission notice: The University will issue pre-admission notice among the applicants who have passed the academic review of the University on the basis of merit. Applicants who have obtained the pre-admission qualification must log in to the Management Information System of Chinese Government Scholarships for Studying in China (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) again before March 24, 2025 to submit the pre-admission notice and other required materials.
五、其他事項 Other Notes
1. 西南石油大學將于2025年3月21日前通過電子郵件發送預錄取通知書，未收到預錄取通知書視為未獲得推薦資格。項目最終錄取結果將于2025年7月或8月公布。請耐心等待。
Southwest Petroleum University will send the pre- admission notice via email by March 21, 2025. Failure to receive the pre- admission notice will be considered as not being eligible for recommendation. The final result of the program will be announced in July or August 2025. Please be patient.
2. 申請人必須確保申請材料的真實性，一經查實材料不實，將取消申請人資格。
Applicants must ensure the authenticity of the application documents. Once the materials are verified to be untrue, the applicant’s qualification will be cancelled.
3. 中國政府獎學金學生不得同時獲得地方各級政府和國內高校設立的其他獎學金（不含各類一次性獎勵）。一經發現，取消中國政府獎學金資格，已獲得的中國政府獎學金必須退還。故意隱瞞資助情況者，三年內不得申請中國政府獎學金，包括取消其申請資格。
Chinese Government Scholarship students are not allowed to receive other scholarships established by local governments at all levels and Chinese university at the same time (excluding one-time awards). Once discovered, the qualification of Chinese government scholarship will be cancelled, and the awarded Chinese government scholarship must be returned. Those who intentionally conceal their financial support will not be allowed to apply for Chinese Government Scholarships for three years, including the disqualification of their applications.
4. 各培養單位通過電話或網絡對申請人進行面試，請確保申請表中的電話號碼和電子郵件地址正確無誤。
Each academic school conducts interviews with applicants by phone or online. Please ensure that the phone number and e-mail address in the application form are correct.
5. 所有申請須在線提交，不接受電子郵件申請或紙質材料申請。
All applications must be submitted online. E-mail applications or paper applications will not be accepted.
6. 請務必提供正確的電子郵件地址和郵寄地址。我們將通過電子郵件確認每項重要信息，請務必每天查看。
Please be sure to provide the correct e-mail address and mailing address. We will confirm each important information via e-mail, please make sure to check it daily.
7. 西南石油大學不允許任何個人或中介代理機構受理中國政府獎學金申請。所有申請人應在國家留學基金委官方網站（http://www.campuschina.org/）和西南石油大學官方網站（https://swpu.17gz.org/）上提交相關信息。
Southwest Petroleum University does not allow any individual or intermediary agency to accept applications for Chinese Government Scholarships. All applicants should submit relevant information on the official websites of the China Scholarship Council (http://www.campuschina.org/) and Southwest Petroleum University (https://swpu.17gz.org/).
六、入學報到Registration
入學報到注冊方式及報到時間以學校發放的錄取通知書為準。
The specific time and approach of registration shall be based on the Admission Notice.
