On November 5th, Southwest Petroleum University held the 2022 Track and Field Sports Meet for the Freshmmen. Under the blue sky, the 2022 freshmen participated in the competition: they ran, jumped and threw, paying tribute to their youth with a high- spirited outlook.
The events include 100 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters, 1500 meters and 4 × 100m relay, shot put, high jump and long jump.
After a day of fierce competition, the Petroleum Engineering School won the first place in the total group score.
Medals, trophies and certificates were awarded to the winning units and athletes at the closing ceremony held in the afternoon.
