Speaker Introduction: Dr. Bai Baojunis the professor of petroleum engineering program in Missouri University ofScience and Technology, the director of gel particle sweep control researchcenter, the doctoral supervisor as well as the member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Bai Baojun completedhis doctorate degree in petroleum engineering from New Mexico Institute ofMining and in geology from China University of Geosciences, and obtained his postdoctoraldegree from California Institute of Technology. His main research fieldsare development and application of highwater cut, water control and stable oil production; enhanced oil recoverytheory and technology; unconventional oil and gas permeability rule, and carbondioxide storage.
