關(guān)于防控新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情的特別提示
各位同學(xué)、家長：
近期湖北省武漢市等多個地區(qū)發(fā)生新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，此病為具有較高傳染性的呼吸道傳染病，已明確可以人傳人，為做好疫情防控工作，確保廣大學(xué)生的身體健康和生命安全，根據(jù)《四川省教育廳關(guān)于切實做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作的通知》（川教函〔2020〕34號）文件要求和學(xué)校黨委、行政工作部署，現(xiàn)就防控新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎作如下提示：
一、寒假期間，盡量減少不必要的出行，避免到空間封閉、通風(fēng)不暢和人流密集場所活動。非必要，不前往武漢等疫情嚴(yán)重地區(qū)及其周邊地區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)、實踐、探親和旅游等。
二、出門請佩戴口罩，佩戴時方法要正確，要定期更換。外出回家（寢室）后，應(yīng)及時洗手、洗鼻。在餐前便后、接觸垃圾后、撫摸動物后，要記得洗手。不隨地吐痰，打噴嚏或咳嗽時用紙巾或袖肘遮住口鼻。
三、關(guān)注自己和家人的身體健康，如有發(fā)熱、乏力、干咳或其他呼吸道感染癥狀，特別是持續(xù)發(fā)熱不退的，請及時到指定的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)就診。如果確診為患上新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎，請積極配合治療，并及時向?qū)W校報告情況。要配合當(dāng)?shù)丶部夭块T做好密切接觸人群的追蹤和排查等工作。
四、如果被疾控部門告知是一名密切接觸者，不要恐慌，請配合進行居家醫(yī)學(xué)觀察，做好自我身體狀況觀察，定期接受隨訪。如果出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等異常臨床表現(xiàn)，應(yīng)及時向當(dāng)?shù)丶部夭块T報告，在其指導(dǎo)下到指定醫(yī)療機構(gòu)進行排查、診治。
五、不要捕殺、販賣、購買、加工、食用野生動物，如接觸馴養(yǎng)動物，請做好個人防護，減少呼吸道傳染病的發(fā)生和流行病的危害。購買生鮮禽肉要從正規(guī)渠道，食用禽肉蛋奶要充分煮熟。處理生鮮制品時器具要生熟分開，并及時清洗。
六、注意和保持室內(nèi)的清潔衛(wèi)生和通風(fēng)。搞好寢室和家庭房前、屋后的公共衛(wèi)生和室內(nèi)衛(wèi)生，改善居住環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
七、合理安排假期作息時間，積極參加體育鍛煉，增強體質(zhì)和免疫力，養(yǎng)成良好衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣和健康生活方式。
八、返校時，請自覺配合學(xué)校做好體溫檢測，經(jīng)排查出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱等癥狀，立即前往指定的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)就診。家在武漢或去過武漢等疫情嚴(yán)重地區(qū)的同學(xué)，在返校前2周請在家靜休，返校后及時到校醫(yī)院篩查。非必要不提前返校，如果提前返校，請主動向輔導(dǎo)員報告并第一時間到校醫(yī)院篩查。

Special Tips on Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Epidemic of New Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Infection
Dear students,
Recently, pneumonia epidemic of new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infection occurred in Wuhan and other regions in Hubei Province. This disease is a highly infectious respiratory tract infectious disease. It has been clearly proved that the disease is transmitted from person to person. In order to do a good job of preventing and controlling the epidemic and ensure the health and life safety of students, according to the requirements of the Notice of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on Effectively Preventing and Controlling the Pneumonia Epidemic of New Coronavirus Infection (Chuan Jiao Han [2020] No. 34) and specific administrative work deployment of the university, the notice on prevention and control of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infection is as follows:
1. During the winter vacation, try to reduce unnecessary trips and avoid activities in closed spaces, poor ventilation and crowded places. If it is not necessary, do no go to study, practice, visit relatives or travel in areas with severe epidemics and surrounding areas such as Wuhan.
2. Please wear a mask when going out. The way of wearing a mask should be correct when you wear it, and you should change the mask regularly. After coming back home or to the bedroom, wash your hands and nose in time. Remember to wash your hands before and after meals, after touching the trash, and after touching the animals. Do not spit. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or elbow when sneezing or coughing.
3. Pay attention to the health of yourself and those around you. If you have fever, fatigue, dry cough or other symptoms of respiratory infections, especially those with persistent fever, please go to the designated medical institution in time. If you are diagnosed with pneumonia due to the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infection, please cooperate with the treatment and report the situation to the university in time. It is necessary to cooperate with the local disease control department to do a good job in tracking and investigating closely contacted people.
4. If you are informed by the disease control department that you are a close contact, do not panic, please cooperate with medical observation, make good observation of your physical condition, and receive regular follow-up. If abnormal clinical manifestations such as fever and cough occur, report to the local disease control department in time, and go to the designated medical institution for investigation, diagnosis and treatment under its guidance.
5. Do not hunt, sell, purchase, process or eat wild animals. If you need to contact with domestic animals, please take personal protection to reduce the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases and the harm of epidemics. Buy fresh poultry and meat from regular sources. Poultry, meat, eggs and milk must be fully cooked. When handling fresh products, utensils must be separated from raw and must be cooked and cleaned in time.
6. Pay attention to and maintain indoor hygiene and ventilation. Do a good job of public and indoor hygiene in the front and back of the bedroom, and improve the sanitation of the living environment.
7. Reasonably arrange holiday schedules, actively participate in physical exercise, enhance physical fitness and immunity, and develop good health habits and a healthy lifestyle.
8. When returning to school, please consciously cooperate with the school to take a temperature test, and after checking for symptoms such as fever, immediately go to the designated medical institution for treatment. Students who are in Wuhan or have been to a severe epidemic area such as Wuhan, please take a rest at home 2 weeks before returning to school, and go to the hospital for screening immediately after returning to school. If it is not necessary, do not return to school in advance. If return in advance, report to your counselors and go to the school hospital for screening immediately.
