New Gaokao Reform System Will Be Built by 2020
新高考系統(tǒng)改革將在2020年前完成
A new reform system for college entrance exams, also known as gaokao, will be established by 2020, said Chen Baosheng, education minister and delegate to the 19th CPC National Congress.
據(jù)陳寶生，教育部部長兼第十九屆全國人民代表大會代表所說，一項(xiàng)新的針對大學(xué)入學(xué)考試，也就是高考的改革將在2020年之前被執(zhí)行。
A pilot reform for college recruitment has been put in place in Shanghai and Zhejiang province this year, Chen told cyol.com on Thursday.
陳先生在星期三告知“中青在線”網(wǎng)站，今年一個(gè)對于大學(xué)招生的實(shí)驗(yàn)性改革已經(jīng)在上海和浙江省被實(shí)施。
The reform gives high-school students extra chances in the college entrance test and more choices in selection of subjects.
這項(xiàng)改革為廣大高中生的高考帶來了額外可能并且給科目的學(xué)習(xí)提供了更多選擇。
The new measure will be tested in four other provinces this year before a reform system is to be built up nation-wide by 2020, Chen said.
陳先生說，在2020年改革的全國性執(zhí)行之前，今年這項(xiàng)新舉措將先在四個(gè)其它地區(qū)接受考驗(yàn)。
He said the reform on the gaokao system over the past five years has been the most extensive and challenging decision since the reform of the exam four decades ago.
他講到在過去五年間對于高考體系的改革已經(jīng)成為自四十年前重啟高考后最廣泛和最具挑戰(zhàn)性的一項(xiàng)決定。
Other efforts to ensure equal access to higher education that have been carried out over the past five years, including admitting more students from impoverished or rural areas, and allowing children of migrating populations to sit college entrance tests in the cities where they live, said Chen.

In deepening the Reform comprehensively, Shanghai has undertaken the Comprehensive Reform of National Education and Reform of College Entrance Examination experiment task. Yu Lijuan said, since the initiation of the reform in 2014, Shanghai has started 52 stipulations and 214 terms in many aspects including enhancing the ability of government education and management, implementing the basic tasks of educating people, developing all kinds of education at all levels. And now staged effect has been made. To comprehensively deepen education reform, we have to strengthenthe linkage reform, organizing connection within the education system, high school education and university recruiting work, also personnel training work must be organic convergence, and promote the reform of personnel training mode. In the meantime, as for the unauthorized charges and no-license operating problems in the overheated education market, Shanghai’s first mission this year is to take serious methods to maintain order in the training market at the compulsory education stage . The next step of the reform is to improve the entire educational ecology and make efforts to create the education which satisfies the people.
在全面深化改革布局中，上海承擔(dān)了國家教育綜合改革和高考改革的試點(diǎn)任務(wù)。虞麗娟說，2014年啟動改革以來，上海在提升政府教育治理能力、落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù)、發(fā)展各級各類教育等方面出臺52條214項(xiàng)重要舉措，目前各項(xiàng)工作均取得階段性成效。全面深化教育綜合改革，需要加強(qiáng)教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的聯(lián)動改革和有機(jī)銜接，高中教育教學(xué)和大學(xué)招錄工作、人才培養(yǎng)工作必須有機(jī)銜接，促進(jìn)高校人才培養(yǎng)模式改革。同時(shí)，針對教育培訓(xùn)市場過熱且存在無證經(jīng)營、亂收費(fèi)等問題，上海今年教育系統(tǒng)補(bǔ)短板的一個(gè)任務(wù)就是狠抓義務(wù)教育階段培訓(xùn)市場秩序規(guī)范問題，下一步還要繼續(xù)努力不斷改善整個(gè)教育生態(tài)，努力辦好人民滿意的教育。
On the list which was published not long ago of world’s first- class University and subject, Zhengzhou University is on it. For this, Liu Jiong Tian thought that the two first-class is not for us to talk about but to achieve, being on the list doesn’t mean we are worthy of the title, but does mean we are still trying to make it come true. We are going to create a number of world first-class universities and subjects to transform our nation’s education into one characterized by talent power. And he said “it’s a hard and long way to go , we must try our best.”
不久前公布的世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校及建設(shè)學(xué)科名單中，鄭州大學(xué)榜上有名。對此，劉炯天認(rèn)為，“雙一流”不是用來說的，而是要用來干的。進(jìn)入名單并不意味著已經(jīng)是一流大學(xué)，而是強(qiáng)調(diào)向“雙一流”的方向努力建設(shè)。要建設(shè)一批世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科，把我國由教育大國變成教育強(qiáng)國，“任重道遠(yuǎn)，我們要擼起袖子加油干”。

Apple Animoji is Suspected of Infringement, which Seems to be Knowingly Committed
蘋果的Animoji涉嫌侵權(quán)似乎是明知故犯
On October 20th, it is reported that Apple was accused for the iPhone X's Animoji function because of the alleged infringement. Animoji is a feature Apple has launched on the iPhone X, in this way, users can send animated emojis based on facial capture
10月20日消息：蘋果這次因?yàn)?/SPAN>iPhone X的Animoji功能被告了，因?yàn)樵撋虡?biāo)涉嫌侵權(quán)。Animoji是蘋果在iPhone X上推出的一個(gè)功能，可以根據(jù)面部捕捉來發(fā)送動態(tài)emoji表情。
But the name of Animoji had an owner earlier. Enrico Bonas said his Emonster k.k software development company in 2014 applied for the "Animoji" brand to the United States patent and trademark office, and got the trademark in 2015.
但是“Animoji”這個(gè)名稱其實(shí)早就有主了，恩里克?博納斯表示自己的Emonster k.k軟件開發(fā)公司在2014年就向美國專利商標(biāo)局申請了“Animoji”商標(biāo)，并在2015年正式獲得該商標(biāo)。
And he revealed that apple was not unaware of the existence of the trademark, on the contrary, Apple had known it for a long time that "Animoji" had been trademarked.
而且博納斯還透露，蘋果并不是不知道這個(gè)商標(biāo)的存在，才無意中“撞車”的，而是蘋果很早就知道“Animoji”的商標(biāo)已經(jīng)被人注冊了。
Bonas said, his development of application is called Animoji, and in 2014 had been on the apple's App Store, and apple had made its intention to purchase "Animoji" brand in prior to the release of the iPhone X, but he refused. Later, Apple even asked the U.S. patent and trademark office for a request to revoke the Animoji trademark, but there was no result.
博納斯稱，自己開發(fā)的應(yīng)用名字就叫Animoji，而且在2014年就上架了蘋果的App Store，而且蘋果曾在iPhone X發(fā)布前提出向其購買“Animoji”商標(biāo)的意向，但被博納斯拒絕了。之后，蘋果甚至向美國專利商標(biāo)局提出請求撤銷Animoji商標(biāo)，但并沒有結(jié)果。
So Bonas believes that continuing to use "Animoji" brand is a kind of knowingly tort, for which he had filed a lawsuit, and requested a court to ban apple from using the name of Animoji and demand compensation for economic losses.
所以博納斯認(rèn)為蘋果繼續(xù)使用“Animoji”商標(biāo)就是一種明知故犯地侵權(quán)行為，對此他已經(jīng)提起訴訟，請求法院禁止蘋果使用Animoji名稱，并賠償經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。

共享單車戰(zhàn)火延燒至美國
Apart from the rivalries of taxi service between Uber and Lyft, now a new war will take place in the field of transportation: the bike sharing.
在美國除了Uber和Lyft之間的打車服務(wù)競爭之外，現(xiàn)在交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域又將出現(xiàn)一場新的戰(zhàn)爭：共享單車。
After Europe and China have witnessed the great success, sharing bike industry gets down to expanding to the United States. Besides the original cities, the participants of this “war” have “l(fā)aunched an attack” to more cities.
繼在歐洲和中國等地取得巨大的成功之后，共享單車行業(yè)開始向美國大舉擴(kuò)張。除了原有的城市之外，這場“戰(zhàn)爭”的參與者們已經(jīng)開始向更多的城市“發(fā)起進(jìn)攻”。
The bike sharing seems a little similar to the previous bicycle rental business, however, users can rent and return the bikes directly by scanning the QR code. Unlike the traditional bicycle rental business which only provides the fixed returning places, bike sharing offers more locations to return bicycles which is more convenient.

Companies like ofo and mobike have made unbelievable achievements in Chinese market, and have successfully set up a brand new system of public bicycle, and at this moment they are trying to fully expose their abilities in American market.
