甘丹，工學博士，教授，博士生導師。本碩博均畢業(yè)于蘭州大學，師從周緒紅院士，主要從事鋼-混凝土組合結構、鋼結構和石油與天然氣工程數智建造相關的教學、科研和工程應用工作?，F為西南石油大學土木與測繪學院院長，兼任中國鋼結構協會鋼-混凝土組合結構分會副秘書長，國際結構混凝土協會(fib)會刊《Structural Concrete》Editorial Advisory Board Member。主持國家自然科學基金項目(3項)、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目子課題等各類科研項目20項。發(fā)表學術論文90余篇，授權國家發(fā)明專利10項，擔任編制組主要成員編制《鋼管約束混凝土結構技術標準》。
