羅明，哲學博士，西南石油大學土木工程與測繪學院講師。碩士畢業于重慶大學建設管理與房地產學院，博士及博士后在香港理工大學建筑及房地產學系完成。主要從事建筑業生產效率、建筑工人管理、建筑施工設備排放、建設管理合作機制、城市更新與發展等方面的研究，以第一作者或通訊作者在建設管理領域受國內外認可的期刊發表多篇學術論文，參與編寫研究專著1部；作為核心成員主持和參與了多個不同類型的科研項目，有關研究成果獲得了政府部門、專業學會以及建筑業界的高度肯定；同時擔任Construction Management and Economics, Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management, Biomedical and Environmental Sciences等高水平期刊的審稿人。
