計算機科學學院全體學生：
根據《四川省教育廳關于切實做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作的通知》，為積極做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情的相關防控工作，加強人員流動管理，最大限度阻斷疫情傳播擴散渠道，學院要求全院學生不得提前返校（特別是疫情嚴重的湖北省同學），待寒假結束后按照學校規定的開學時間（學校根據疫情變化發展情況再行確定），返校報到注冊（補考學生返校時間以學校考試安排時間為準）。
如有因極特殊原因必須提前返校的，須經學院批準（研究生還需導師批準），嚴格執行“雙登記”，并做好防疫工作。
一是返程前提交《附件1:計算機科學學院2020年寒假期間學生提前返校申請表》至輔導員處，說明提前返校原因和寒假期間行程，據實說明近期是否有到武漢等疫情較嚴重地區的旅行和居住史，以及與類似肺炎患者的接觸史等情況。
二是到校時第一時間在宿管值班室辦理登記備案，密切關注自身的身體狀況，配合防疫相關工作，有需要時在宿舍自我隔離，發現有發熱、咳嗽等癥狀的，應及時向學院和校醫院報告(校醫院疫情防控值班電話：028-83032184)。

Notice about Students Are Not Allowed to Return to the University in Advance During the Winter Break
According to the Notice of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on Effectively Preventing and Controlling the Pneumonia Epidemic of New Coronavirus Infection, to actively do a good job to prevent and control the new coronavirus infection of pneumonia, and strengthen the management of turnover, and do maximum limitation to prevent the spread of epidemic spreading channels, SCS requirements all students not to be back to school early (In particular, the students in Hubei province with serious disease). Students can come back to school when the winter break ends. Followed by the school calendar, new-semester registration will start from February 29th to March 1st (students for make-up exams need to arrange returning time based on school's make-up exam schedule).
If you need to return to school due to any special reasons, you are required to get permission from school (postgraduate students are also required to get permission from your supervisor). "Double Registration" is seriously required. And try to do well on epidemic prevention.
First, before returning to school, you need to contact your counselor (or supervisor) in advance and turn in your application form for returning to school early (Document 1). You should explain the reason for returning to school in advance and your traveling schedule during winter break. You are required to truthfully explain whether there is a recent history of travel and residence in Wuhan or other areas with the severe epidemic, as well as the history of contact with patients with similar pneumonia or animals.
Secondly, after getting permission from the school, you must register in the on-duty room of the dorm immediately while arriving at school. You need to pay close attention to your physical condition, be cooperative with epidemic prevention-related work. You need to be under self-quarantine in the dormitory when it is necessary. If you are found a fever, cough or other symptoms, you should report to the college the school hospital as soon as possible (school hospital epidemic prevention and control on-duty phone: 028-83032184).
