一、獎勵對象
在校學習的外國博士研究生、碩士研究生、本專科生和就讀時間在一學期以上的進修生中的優秀留學生。
二、獎勵標準
博士獎學金每人每學年30000元；碩士獎學金每人每學年25000元；本科獎學金每人每學年20000元；專科獎學金每人每學年15000元；進修生獎學金每人每學期10000元。
三、獎學金申請基本條件
1、遵守我校留學生學生基本守則，熱愛學校，對華友好；
2、在我校學習時間在一學期以上的外國國籍留學生；
3、本科生平均學分績點為在校留學生中表現突出；
4、上學年無無故曠課記錄，無補考重修；
5、上學年未受過處分記錄；
6、凡違反中華人民共和國相關律法的，取消獎學金申請資格；
7、凡獲得其他獎學金者不參與四川省外國留學生政府獎學金評定。
四、獎學金申請辦法
1、符合獎學金申請基本條件的留學生本人向國際合作與交流處提交《四川省外國留學生政府獎學金申請表》；
2、上學年學分績點證明加蓋學院院章；
3、學生本人提供上學年無補考重修記錄加蓋學院院章；
4、留學生助管以推薦信的方式綜述該學生在校表現。
五、材料提交時間：2014年6月20日前截止。
六、評定辦法
1、西南石油大學外國在校留學生四川省留學生政府獎學金管理小組對材料進行審查。
2、審查合格者將獎學金獲得者名單公示于國際合作與交流處網站主頁上，公示期不少于5個工作日。
七、獎學金發放
該項獎學金于每年11月前完成發放工作。
八、其他事宜
其他未盡事宜，由國際處商討修整。
1. The scholarship will be granted to the international students who are excellent in study performance in SWPU.
2. The scholarship for PhD students will be 30,000 RMB per year; for postgraduates 25,000 RMB; for undergraduates 20,000RMB; for vocational students 15,000 RMB per year and for language students 10,000 RMB for one semester.
3. Applicants shall meet the following requirements:
1) Comply with SWPU International Students Regulations;
2) Having studied in SWPU for at least one semester;
3) For undergraduates, GPA should be outstanding among the international students;
4) Having no absenteeism record, make-up examination and retaken courses last academic year；
5) Having no punishment record last academic year；
6) Scholarship will be cancelled for those who have violated the relevant law of China;
7) Those who have been granted with other types of scholarship for international students cannot apply for the Sichuan Government Scholarship.
4. Application materials:
1) If you meet all the application requirements please fill Sichuan Government Scholarship Application Form for International Students and hand it in to the office of international affairs;
2) Your GPA proof of last academic year with school seal shall be provided;
3) The proof of no make-up examination and retaken course with the school seal shall be provided;
4) The recommendation letter from your counselor shall be provided.
5. Deadline of application: June 20th, 2014
6. Evaluation procedures:
1) All the application materials will be examined by the evaluation group of Sichuan Government Scholarship for international students in SWPU;
2) The name sheet of winners will be posted in the homepage of official website; it will be lasting for 5 working days.
7. The scholarship will be handed out before November.
