全校在校國際學生：
根據《四川省外國留學生政府獎學金管理辦法》（川財教[2016]116號）和《西南石油大學國際學生獎學金管理辦法（暫行）》有關規定，現啟動2018-2019年度西南石油大學國際學生獎學金評定工作，具體事項通知如下：
一、獎學金類別
1．四川省外國留學生政府獎學金
申請對象及獎勵標準：已在我校注冊學習的全體外國博士研究生、碩士研究生、本科生。博士研究生獎學金每人每年3萬元；碩士研究生獎學金每人每年2.5萬元；本科生獎學金每人每年2萬元。
2．西南石油大學優秀國際學生獎學金
申請對象及獎勵標準：已在我校學習的全體國際學生（不包括已獲得“瑪里莎項目獎學金”的學生）。博士研究生每人每年1萬元；碩士研究生每人每年1萬元；本科生一等獎學金每人每年1萬元；二等獎學金每人每年0.8萬元；三等獎學金每人每年0.5萬元。
注：學生不得同時獲得不同類別的獎學金。
二、申請條件
1.申請人應遵守中國法律法規和西南石油大學校紀校規；
2.具有優良的道德品質和行為習慣；
3.學習期間有以下突出表現之一者：
（1）在本學科以西南石油大學的名義在國內外重要期刊發表論文，且本人為第一作者或第二作者（導師為第一作者），或在國內外重要學術會議上做學術報告；
（2）學習態度端正，勤奮刻苦，學業成績優異；
（3）積極參加學校、院系組織開展的各類公益活動及社會實踐活動。
三、申請方式及評定程序
1.凡符合申請條件的西南石油大學國際學生，可向我校國際合作與交流處提交申請材料。
2.申請獎學金的學生需填寫并提交《西南石油大學國際學生獎學金申請表》（附件1），上一年度（或上一學期）考試成績單，以及各類論文發表證明、獲獎證書、導師推薦信等。
3.國際合作與交流處收到申請者材料后，將對申請的資格、申請條件進行認定，并將通過初審后的學生名單和申請材料交各相關學院，并同時根據上級部門下達的獎學金名額按照各學院國際學生人數分配各學院獎學金名額。
4.各學院根據制定的國際學生獎學金評定細則進行具體評定工作，確定獲獎學生名單，并對獎學金評定結果進行學院公示，并將公示后的結果交國際合作與交流處。
5.國際合作與交流處在校園網上公示所有獲獎學生名單，公示結束后上報學校，并完成獎學金發放工作。
四、申請截止時間
申請截止日期為2019年5月8日，逾期未提交申請材料者視為自動放棄。

2018-2019 SWPU International Students
Scholarship Application
1. Category of Scholarship
A. Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students
This kind of scholarship is for all international doctoral students, postgraduate students and undergraduate students studying at Southwest Petroleum University.
Scholarship standards:
(1) PhD students: 30,000 RMB/academic year;
(2) Master students: 25,000 RMB/academic year;
(3) Bachelor students: 20,000 RMB/academic year.
B. Excellent International Students Scholarship of SWPU
This kind of scholarship is for all international doctoral students, postgraduate students and undergraduate students studying at Southwest Petroleum University. Malishaedu Program students are not available to apply.
Scholarship standards:
(1) PhD students and Master students: 10,000 RMB/academic year;
(2) Bachelor students: level 1: 10,000 RMB/academic year
level 2: 8,000 RMB/academic year;
level 3: 5,000 RMB/academic year;
Notice: Students cannot obtain scholarships of different categories at the same time
2. Application Condition
(1) Observe the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, as well as the disciplines and rules of Southwest Petroleum University.
(2) With good moral character and habits and behaviors;
(3) Have one of the following outstanding performances:
① Have published any papers on important periodicals in the name of Southwest Petroleum University, and the applicant should be the first author or the second author (with supervisor as the first author), or have delivered academic reports at important academic conferences ;
② Have positive studying attitude and study hard, with excellent academic results；
③ Proactively participate in various public service activities and social practices organized by the schools, departments and the university.
3. Application Procedure
(1) All international students of Southwest Petroleum University who meet the application condition can submit the application and materials to the Office of International Affairs.
(2) Applicants shall fill and submit Application form of International Students Scholarship of SWPU (Attachment ) and provide the transcript of last academic year (or last term), as well as paper publishing certificate, award certificate and supervisor’s recommendation letter.
(3) After receiving the application martial, Office of International Affairs will evaluate the qualifications and conditions, and then forward the qualified applicant list, materials and scholarship quota to relevant schools.
(4) Each school will formulate the assessment specifications, and confirm the scholarship winner list, which will be submitted to the Office of International Affairs after publicizing on school website.
(5) Office of International Affairs will publicize the scholarship winner list on the university website.
4. Application Deadline
1. The application deadline is May 8th, 2019. Those who failed to submit the materials before deadline shall be deemed to give up the application for scholarships.
