楊冰,男,1985年生,四川南充人,中共黨員,博士。現任職于西南石油大學化學化工學院環境工程教研室,副教授,碩士生導師,西南石油大學工業危廢處置與資源化利用研究院研究人員。主要從事生態環境保護和污染修復等方面的教學和科研工作,重點關注油氣田開發過程中的環境污染防治與廢棄物處理處置。先后主持或參與國家及省部級科研項目20余項,發表學術論文50余篇。
