三、參與對象
西南石油大學、成都理工大學戰略碩士班全體學生；誠邀全校對海洋油氣行業、國際工程與法律領域感興趣的本碩博學生參與學習；建議提前15分鐘到場。

蒂姆·詹金斯
高級項目經理 - 技術項目
蒂姆·詹金斯是一名專業機械工程師及二級動力工程師，擁有18年在海油國際北美公司的豐富從業經驗。他的職業生涯始于2007年，最初擔任重油油藏工程師，專注于油藏分析與開發。隨后，他轉入SAGD生產工程領域，先后擔任生產工程師及團隊負責人，積累了深厚的熱采技術經驗。
在運營管理方面，蒂姆曾長期負責維護協調、計劃調度及工程規劃工作，展現出卓越的跨部門協作能力。此后，他逐步晉升為運營主管、小型項目經理及運營高級經理，主導現場生產優化與團隊管理。2024年起，他擔任技術項目高級項目經理，目前正積極推動海油國際北美公司的油砂業務的商業發展機遇。
蒂姆不僅技術扎實，還具備出色的領導力與戰略視野，能夠將工程技術與運營實踐緊密結合。
2.Dustin Gemmill
General Counsel, North America
Dustin Gemmill joined CNOOC as General Counsel, North America in 2024 with oversight of Legal, Governance, and Internal Audit. Dustin leads a team responsible for legal processes across various areas, including Canadian and US operations, joint venture, IT, supply chain, audit, HSE, privacy, finance, marketing, and business development.
Prior to CNOOC, Dustin was General Counsel at Repsol Oil & Gas Canada Inc. where he managed the divestiture of Repsol’s Canadian assets prior to Repsol’s Canada country exit. Dustin started his career as a corporate and securities lawyer at Bennett Jones LLP and subsequently moved to Talisman Energy Inc. (later Repsol) where he held increasingly senior legal roles, providing advice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, subsidiary structuring, governance, supply chain contracting and oil & gas law.
Dustin is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geography from Simon Fraser University.
Hobbies:

杜斯汀·蓋默爾（Dustin Gemmill）
中國海油北美公司（CPNA）總法律顧問
杜斯汀·蓋默爾于2024年加入中海油北美公司擔任總法律顧問，全面負責法律事務、公司治理及內部審計工作。他領導的團隊為加拿大和美國運營、合資企業、信息技術、供應鏈、審計、健康安全環保（HSE）、隱私保護、財務、市場營銷及業務發展等多個領域提供法律支持。
在加入中海油之前，杜斯汀曾擔任雷普索爾石油天然氣加拿大公司（Repsol Oil & Gas Canada Inc.）的總法律顧問，主導了雷普索爾退出加拿大市場前的資產剝離工作。其職業生涯始于班尼特瓊斯律師事務所（Bennett Jones LLP）的公司與證券律師，后加入泰利斯曼能源公司（Talisman Energy Inc.，后被雷普索爾收購），歷任多個高級法律職位，專長涵蓋公司法、并購、子公司架構設計、治理、供應鏈合同及油氣法律事務。
杜斯汀現為阿爾伯塔省律師協會會員，持有女王大學法學學士學位以及西蒙弗雷澤大學政治學與地理學文學學士學位。
